A foundation day: no trading change shipped because the strategy sweeps failed out-of-sample. What we built instead — funding-history backfill, smart-money in/out/neutral lanes, market concentration, a forward point-in-time universe, and a contract-validated dead-coin lifecycle (274 assets, 29 delisted). All capture-only; real money stays off.
